History
The original eSec and all the accompanied statutory forms were developed in 1999 by Francois Swart and the Government Printer Copyright Authority was issued at the time to a company call SM Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd. The company subsequently changed its name to ProfSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd and at a later stage converted into a close corporation.
What's new
Copyright authority has been obtained from the government printers on all the South African Company and Close Corporation Forms developed with the latest Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 3.5
Watch this space as we are about to release the first stage of this new exciting and fully automated secretarial web application.
